Let me tell you a story:

“Many years ago, when people still used carriages, there was a joiner working with a piece of wood. He knew that wood has its own power. When the tree is cut down, it does not die, but live on in a wood. However, wood was stubborn and only a few knew how to whisper it the right words to keep the shape it was given. The joiner was happy to be able to tame the wood. He had lots of knowledge and he gave it to his son, his son gave it to his son and so on. Today there is already the fourth generation of joiners who know how to breathe soul into the wood.

The years went past and the joiner made lots of beautiful products which nobody wanted to buy it. The joiner sacrificed a lot of time and love to make the products, but unfortunately, people thought it was too expensive. They prefered to buy products from foreign countries and sadly prefered low prices over high quality. One day the joiner was sitting in his workshop. He was thinking of foolish people who didn’t appreciate his hard work. Then his son came in and offered him a solution. He suggested designing a brand to present love and hard work put in high-quality wooden products. The joiner thought about it and he liked the idea. They started working and created a brand we know today.«

The story of wood&dots started in 2017 when we launched our brand. Initially, we wanted to sell wooden toys, but soon added other products for home, family and fun. Today we have many different products and everyone can find something for himself.
