Standard terms of usage
Standard terms of usage on website and online shop wood&dots are made in line with the law about keeping the consumers (ZVPot), with recommendations GZS and international code of online-business. Online shop wood&dots is an information system, which is intended to introduce and sell products to costumers. It is managed by Mizarstvo Boštic (in common: seller). A customer is a person, who is using our system, actually the visitor of the online shop. When being registered in the system, the visitor gets an username, which is same to his email address and can be changed, and password. With that, the customer is unambiguously defined and connected to his data. After registration, the visitor becomes a customer and gets the right to buy. Standard terms of usage are used on website www.woodanddots.com, defines customers rights and relationship between seller and customer.
Accessibility of data
Seller is pledged to give true information to the customer. This is company identity, contacts, main features of products, accessibility of products, terms of shipping, prices, the way of paying, deadline for resignation from a contract, a validity of offer and procedure about the appeal.
Ways of paying
In online shop wood&dots the seller enables following ways of paying:
- by credit card (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa and Maestro)
- money order on sellers account after receiving pro forma invoice
In case of money order, the customer receives pro forma invoice via email, ordered products are shipped after receiving money from the customer. The seller must make an invoice and send it with products.
The contract between seller and customer is always accessible to the customer namely in his account (My profile).
Validity of offer
Each price is in EUR and include VAT. If you are from countries, which are not in EU, there can be some extra duties you will be required to pay. Ask about it before your order.
Prices are valid in case of mentioned ways of payment and in accordance with Standard terms of usage. If the product is not in stock, there can be changes in price, but we will let you know about it.
Deadlines for the sales are stated next to the product and are not always all the same.
If you have a discount code, you will use it in the cart. Find Enter the discount code and enter it. If the code is valid, the system will automatically consider it. In case it is invalid, the system will let you know. If you are having trouble with discount code, please let us know: email@example.com.
One code only can be used for each purchase.
After receiving your order, we will send you an email that your order is confirmed. The customer can always get information about his order in his account. The seller can call the customer on his phone number in case of questions or trouble. If the shipping time is too long and the customer does not want to wait, he can notify the seller and he will cancel the order and give the money back to the customer. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by longer shipping time or not shipped orders.
We will ship your order immediately and let you know via email.
Right to resign from order
The customer can return the products within 14 days after receiving the products. For that, he first needs to let us know via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. The seller will check the appeal and if he will see that it is justifiable, he would tell the customer that he can send the product back. The customer must do that within 14 days. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original package.
The seller will repay full amount within 14 days after receiving the returned product, but only in case that it is in perfect condition. If the customer is reason for returning, shipping costs will not be repaid. However, if the seller is guilty of returning, he will repay all shipping costs.
In case, that package is damaged, it is not complete or it was opened, the customer needs to start the complaint procedure at mail service and also let us know about it: email@example.com. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
Many things can go wrong during the shipping procedure, so it is almost impossible to define shipping time. We promise we will dispatch the package on the same or next day. If you want further information about shipping time, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our packages are shipped with Pošta Slovenije, GLS and DPD. Also personal acceptance is possible.

No data about credit cards are stored on wood&dots servers.
Customers data will be used just for needs of wood&dots and will not be sold or given away. If the customer wants so, the seller will not send him any promotional material.
All the conflicts will be solved between customer and seller, if possible without other institution.
