The customer can return the products within 14 days after receiving the products. For that, he first needs to let us know via email: info@woodanddots.com. The seller will check the appeal and if he will see that it is justifiable, he would tell the customer that he can send the product back. The customer must do that within 14 days. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original package.

The seller will repay full amount within 14 days after receiving the returned product, but only in case that it is in perfect condition. If the customer is reason for returning, shipping costs will not be repaid. However, if the seller is responsible of returning, he will repay all shipping costs.
